How do you count our size?
By active people: anyone in your directory who was added, checked in, gave, served, signed in or was sent a message in the last 12 months. People who have drifted away and records you archive don't count, and neither do whole-church announcements. If your church grows or shrinks into a new band, the change starts at your next billing cycle.
Do members have to download an app?
